Significant Changes, Major Incident Reporting, and Adverse Incident Reporting

Significant Changes, Major and Adverse Incident Reporting training is required by all Staff who provide direct care to residents who have not taken the core training program. Direct care staff shall receive a minimum of 1 hour in-service training within 30 days of employment that covers this subject.

This course is specifically designed for Florida assisted living administrator’s 12 hour Continuing Education requirements as well as educational purposes for direct care staff supplemental training.
